Join us next year on September 29th for another Day of Mindfulness and Mindfulness Expo at Halyburton Park. The Day of Mindfulness begins at 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM.  Expo is fro 10 - 2.  Registration is required f you want to participate as a Day of Mindfulness.

Join us and the dolphins for a 7AM intensive yoga practice to start your year off.  A slower and more mindful class starts at 9AM and the practice will be accompanied by David Key on American Flutes and drums.
