September 25th will be our first in-person workshop post Covid 19 and we appreciate your willingness to be vaccinated in order to participate in the program. This is an opportunity to learn about and practice mindfulness of the body as a stand-alone practice and also as a setting condition for increasing the probability of enjoying deep concentration. We explore some of the signs that concentration is deepening and what you can do to continue the process. Research findings suggest that the possibility of a transcendent experience is increased when meditation follows a vigorous movement practice. The yoga practice will be suitable for all levels of strength, balance and flexibility.
The cost to register for this workshop is $10.00 which covers rent and overhead. It does not include payment for teachers. You will be invited to support the teachers at the end of the program. In the spirit of cultivating generosity, these teachings are offered in a way that makes them available regardless of the student's ability to pay. We hope you will honor your teachers with a generous donation.
