Second Sunday Mini-Retreats
Through out the summer, we will be offering an opportunity to explore your own mind in silence. The retreats are scheduled for the second Sunday of each month from 1:00 - 4:00. There will be three sittings, each one followed by a period of walking meditation and increasing in duration over the afternoon. There is a short dharma talk after the first sitting. Only brief preliminary instructions will be provided so if you need more detailed instructions, contact me before the program.
Although Day-Long Retreats have been out of the question during Covid, we hope to be offering them again soon.

Practice will be in mindful silence. If you have your own meditation cushion, feel free to bring it, chairs are also available.
Wear comfortable clothing for sitting, comfortable shoes and bring an umbrella if it looks like it might rain. Bring slippers or stockings as shoes will be left at the door.
Maximum attendance is 8 students.
