Rae was born in the rolling hills of Appalachia, where nature was her first teacher. Surrounded by the quiet wisdom of the mountains, she developed a deep connection to the earth and its rhythms. Yet, she felt a pull toward something more—a longing for a larger wellness community that could nurture her spiritual growth. This calling led her to Southern California, where she found a vibrant circle of like-minded souls who inspired her to dive deeper into her journey of healing and self-discovery.

Her path soon stretched beyond California, taking her across the world in search of ancient wisdom. She sought guidance from healers in Asia and South America, initially driven by a desire to mend something within herself, Rae soon realized that healing was not just about fixing what was broken—it was about embracing her own innate gifts. What she once perceived as a burden, a deep sensitivity to energy and emotion, transformed into her greatest strength.

Through her travels, Rae immersed herself in the art of energy work, learning how to hold sacred space for others and guide them toward balance. She studied yoga in India, explored plant medicine in Peru, and discovered the profound impact of sound healing in Nepal. With each experience, her understanding of the world’s ancient wisdom deepened, and her passion for sharing it grew stronger. Today, Rae continues her journey, weaving together yoga, sound healing, and herbalism to help others reconnect with their own inner wisdom. She is honored to share these teachings, cultivated from the masters of the earth, and welcomes all who seek healing, transformation, and connection, grateful for the opportunity to share this sacred work. Namaste.
